Recruitment Sourcing Specialist
Position Overview:
- The Sourcing Specialist would be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent for our premium clients. This role involves leveraging various sourcing channels, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies.
- Market Research: Analyze job market trends to identify potential candidates. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Screening and Assessment:Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens. Assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Employer Branding:Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent. Represent the company at job fairs and industry events.
- Data Management:Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or sourcing.
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
